- 请自行定期备份（「我的 → 导出备份」）。删除 App、更换设备且没有开启 iCloud 同步或备份时，数据可能无法找回，我们无法替你恢复。
- 导出的备份文件包含未加密的证件号码和密码，请妥善保管；因备份文件泄露造成的损失由你自行承担。
- 请只录入你有权使用的信息，不要用于违法用途。
3. 信息仅供参考
- 票券、时间、时区、倒计时、天气、汇率和换算金额等内容仅供参考。出行请以航空公司、铁路、酒店、景点等提供的正式信息为准，花费以实际账单为准。

1. The service
TRAVELKIT is a personal travel-prep tool for organizing trips, packing lists, tickets, documents, plans and trip spending, with reminders that follow your trips. It is currently free, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
2. Your data and your responsibilities
- Everything you enter is yours and is kept only on your devices and in your own iCloud.
- Back up regularly (Me → Export Backup). If you delete the app or change devices without iCloud Sync or a backup, your data may be lost, and we can't restore it for you.
- Exported backups contain unencrypted document numbers and passwords; keep them safe. You are responsible for any loss caused by a leaked backup file.
- Only enter information you're entitled to use, and don't use the app for anything unlawful.
3. Information is for reference only
- Tickets, times, time zones, countdowns, weather, exchange rates and converted amounts are for reference only. Rely on the official information from airlines, railways, hotels and venues when you travel, and on your actual bills for spending.
- Exchange rates are public reference data and may differ from what banks, exchange counters or card issuers actually charge.
- We aren't liable for missed flights or trains, costs or other losses caused by wrong or changed information, or by relying on what the app shows.
4. Reminders and notifications
Reminders are delivered by iOS on your device and may be late or not appear if notifications are off, a Focus is on, Low Power Mode is on, the system limits them or the device time is wrong. Don't rely on the app's reminders as your only safeguard when traveling.
5. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services: iCloud (Apple), weather (Apple WeatherKit), map search (Apple Maps) and exchange rates (ExchangeRate-API). We don't control their availability or accuracy, and their own terms also apply.
6. Intellectual property
The app's design, code, icon and text belong to the developer. Except for personal use, you may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without permission. What you get from the App Store is a personal, non-transferable license to use the app, which is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses from using or being unable to use it.
8. Changes and termination
These terms may change with app updates; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms. You may stop using and delete the app at any time.
