随行由个人开发者开发和维护（下面称「我们」）。这份政策说明 App 会处理哪些信息、存在哪里、会发给谁。
一句话：我们不收集你的任何数据。随行没有账号系统，没有自己的服务器，也没有广告、统计、分析或追踪工具。你在 App 里录入的内容，我们看不到，也拿不到。
你的数据存在哪里
你录入的行程、行李清单、物品库、票券和附件、证件和照片、安排和照片、记账和预算，只保存在两个地方：
- 这台设备上；
- 你打开「iCloud 同步」后，你自己的 iCloud 账户里（Apple CloudKit 私有数据库）。这部分数据由 Apple 按其隐私政策保管，我们无法访问。
关闭「同步照片」后，照片和附件只留在本机，不上传 iCloud。
敏感信息的保护
- 证件号码、门锁密码、Wi-Fi 密码用 AES-GCM 加密后保存，密钥存放在 iOS 钥匙串中（开启 iCloud 钥匙串时会随之同步，用于在你的其他设备上解密）。
- 打开「证件卡包上锁」后，查看证件需要面容 ID / 触控 ID 或设备密码。
- 复制的证件号码 60 秒后自动从剪贴板清除，且不会通过「通用剪贴板」传到其他设备。
会发送到外部的少量信息
为了让部分功能工作，App 会在需要时直接向以下服务发出请求。这些请求不包含你的姓名、证件或行程内容，我们也不经手：
- 天气（Apple WeatherKit）：发送你所在位置或目的地的坐标，用于返回天气。
- 地点和城市搜索（Apple 地图）：发送你输入的搜索词和大致区域，用于返回地点结果。
- 汇率（ExchangeRate-API，open.er-api.com）：记账时获取公开的参考汇率。请求只包含基准货币，不包含你的任何记账内容。和所有网络请求一样，对方服务器会看到你的 IP 地址。
- iCloud 同步（Apple CloudKit）：仅在你开启同步时使用。
权限的用途
- 定位（仅在使用 App 期间）：查看所在城市的天气。位置不会被保存或上传给我们。
- 相机：拍登机牌、票面、预订单、证件和旅途照片，照片存进 App。
- 照片：从相册选图片时使用系统选择器，App 只能拿到你选中的那几张；「存到相册」只申请添加照片的权限。
- 通知：出发前、出门前、票券和安排的提醒。所有提醒都在设备本地安排，不经过任何服务器。
- 面容 ID / 触控 ID：解锁证件卡包和导出备份前的验证，由系统完成，App 拿不到你的生物特征信息。
在设备上完成的处理
识别证件号码、二维码和票券截图，全部用 Apple 的系统框架在设备上完成，不上传。手机支持并开启了 Apple 智能时，从票券截图里读出的文字会交给设备上的 Apple 智能模型整理成票券信息，同样不离开设备；护照、身份证等证件不会交给 Apple 智能。小组件通过 App 群组在本机读取行程摘要。
备份
「导出备份」会生成一个 .zip 文件，其中证件号码、密码等信息没有加密，以便在任何设备上恢复。导出后的文件由你自己保管，请存放在安全的地方。
删除数据
你可以随时在「我的 → 清除所有数据」删除全部内容；开启 iCloud 同步时，iCloud 里的副本会一起删除。删除 App 会清除本机数据。
儿童
随行不面向 13 岁以下的儿童，也不会有意处理儿童的个人信息。
政策更新
政策如有变化，会在 App 更新时一并更新本页面，并修改上面的更新日期。

TRAVELKIT is built and maintained by an independent developer ("we"). This policy explains what information the app handles, where it is kept and who it is sent to.
In short: we don't collect any of your data. TRAVELKIT has no accounts and no servers of its own, and no ads, analytics or tracking. We can't see or access anything you enter in the app.
Where your data is kept
Your trips, packing lists, item library, tickets and attachments, documents and photos, plans and photos, expenses and budgets are kept in only two places:
- on this device;
- in your own iCloud account when you turn on iCloud Sync (Apple's CloudKit private database). Apple keeps that data under its privacy policy; we have no access to it.
With Sync Photos off, photos and attachments stay on this device and aren't uploaded to iCloud.
How sensitive information is protected
- Document numbers, door codes and Wi-Fi passwords are encrypted with AES-GCM; the key is stored in the iOS keychain (it syncs through iCloud Keychain when that's on, so your other devices can decrypt them).
- With Lock Wallet on, viewing documents requires Face ID / Touch ID or your device passcode.
- A copied document number is cleared from the clipboard after 60 seconds and isn't shared with other devices through Universal Clipboard.
The little that is sent out
Some features send requests directly to these services when needed. The requests don't include your name, documents or trip details, and they never pass through us:
- Weather (Apple WeatherKit): the coordinates of your location or destination, to return the weather.
- Place and city search (Apple Maps): what you type and a rough area, to return places.
- Exchange rates (ExchangeRate-API, open.er-api.com): public reference rates for expenses. The request only names a base currency, never anything you've recorded. As with any network request, the server sees your IP address.
- iCloud Sync (Apple CloudKit): only when you turn sync on.
What permissions are used for
- Location (only while using the app): the weather where you are. Your location isn't stored or sent to us.
- Camera: photos of boarding passes, tickets, bookings, documents and moments on your trip, kept in the app.
- Photos: picking images uses the system picker, so the app only gets the ones you choose; Save to Photos asks only for permission to add photos.
- Notifications: reminders before you leave and for tickets and plans. All reminders are scheduled on the device, not by a server.
- Face ID / Touch ID: unlocking the wallet and confirming backups. The system does the check; the app never sees your biometric data.
Processing on your device
Reading document numbers, QR codes and ticket screenshots is done on the device with Apple's frameworks and never uploaded. When your iPhone supports Apple Intelligence and it is turned on, the text read from a ticket screenshot is organized into ticket details by the Apple Intelligence model on the device, and it doesn't leave the device either. Passports, ID cards and other documents are never given to Apple Intelligence. Widgets read a trip summary on this device through an app group.
Backups
Export Backup creates a .zip file in which document numbers and passwords are not encrypted, so it can be restored on any device. Once exported, the file is yours to keep safe.
Deleting your data
You can delete everything at any time in Me → Erase All Data; with iCloud Sync on, the iCloud copy is deleted too. Deleting the app removes its data from the device.
Children
TRAVELKIT isn't directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly handle their personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page is updated with the app and the date above changes.
